Trump said “... 15, within a couple of days, is going to be down to close to zero.”

Feel better.... get that off your chest?

Meanwhile our death rate is substantially lower than many other parts of the world.
Problem is we're still flying up a pretty explosive log curve. 43K today, 6K seven days ago, 900 seven days before that....May see 200K by April 1 and morts aren't just olds. Pretty prominent morts down to 40's.

And it will be a huge mistake to have a message out of the WH non medical team to think people can come out of the precautions early just because the economic advisors are panicking.

It’d go a long way if Pelosi and the Dems weren’t pulling the **** they were with stimulus bill. The hands will be forced.

I haven’t read anything to substantiate that, but it’s my guess. We’re missing a great opportunity to thin the herd, fix social security, and Medicaid.
Good thing we don't have near the hospital beds and doctors to deal with all those cases at once. This is sure to work.

At the current growth rate it would pass 1 million US cases in about 14-17 days but distancing will start to have impact between now and then so hopefully the slope of the slope of the case curve starts to turn south. That's my first buy signal to get back into the stock market.

Trump has taught you well, blame others for your shortcomings.
SMH......you actually are blaming Trump for the shortage of MD's and hospital beds? You must think he is Jesus Christ.
I'm only pointing out that those problems were a long time in the making.
BTW...I don't have any shortcomings.

Trump's missteps are many, well documented and on-going.

Democrats Are Trying Every Trick In The Book To Get President Trump Out Of Office. July 2, 2017. ... they would still have to face the wrath of the people who would call them out for trying to unseat a sitting President. Dems keep on digging.

It’s a Biff thing. Just like painting this epidemic as a Chinese/dem plot to overthrow the orange fvkstik.
Research carried out by Plymouth University discovered that just watching fish in an aquarium '‘led to noticeable reductions in participant’s blood pressure and heart rate".
You might want to try this......I would think that you of all people would know this.
You can thank me later if it helps.

CCP and it's enablers is who needs to be held accountable. This has been handled the best it could on our end under the circumstances.

I'm just stating the obvious.

What's your thoughts on why the CCP never shut down wet markets in Wuhan? You ever wonder why? It's a tyrannical government so enforcing that shouldn't be hard. Right ?

You're assuming the increase in deaths will be exponential when compared to the increase in infections.

Most deaths are older, that won't change, and we will not be anywhere close to the Italian death numbers.

Notice that that got zero response? What the Dems are doing with the relief bill is shameful at best. Fuc#ing crickets over it.

Cuomo was somewhat already talking about what sectors can NY start to bring out of the shutdown. Trump suggests that the cure can't be worse than the condition, and he's absolutely correct. Cost benefit analysis will be done and has to be done.

Well.....what was the purpose of his administration running the scenario "Crimson Contagion" then? And the results stated exactly what would happen..........and what did he do about that?

Well, he has been saying that we need to produce more goods in the USA. His buy American stance was there well before he ran for office.

I worked in the Antibiotic space for over 23 years. Even went to Japan to meet with suppliers of the #1 antibiotic in the USA. The US quit doing antibiotic research in the late 90's thinking they had everything covered. My old company jumped back into the space in the 2000's only to lose billions of $ in failed drug trials. The feds have been begging companies for years do research in the infectious disease space, even offering incentives, and it has not moved the dial even a smidge.

Why, because their is no money in acute care drugs...HIV and HepC drugs are the exception. The gov. pays for those and it is still very profitable. In the HepC space they knew that if everyone got treated at the same time, it would bankrupt the country so they actually built a patient list based on severity and paid for the drug starting with those who needed it most. We are now in phase II or III where it has normalized. The drug companies netted over 6 billion a year in profits for the 1st two years...it is now coming down.
