I think it is outrageous for a team that is capable of winning in a higher bracket to play down a size.

Sometimes we get a bit too enamored with football. Reclassification affects all sports. If Tarboro was winning all sports convincingly, I could see your point. As it is, the only sport Tarboro really has a leg up is football and frankly it doesn't matter where you put Tarboro in football. The culture around town demands football excellence.
