Elaborate please? Thanks.
Making rulings strictly on the constitutionality of something in the manner the framers intended without the context of popularity, intention of the lawmakers, or ramifications of the decision.

We must be careful. The Constitution is very elastic. If we followed it strictly, Jefferson would not have purchased Louisiana.

I believe the framers believed in people being reasonable/rational and, above all, loyal to the Country and its Government. Wow, have we ever veered from that presumption.Today the Dems want nothing to do with what we have had and are hell-bent to destroy it in toto and make a complete re-start in the failed image that has been tried, so unsuccessfully, for decades. If the Dems gain control and implement that which they are 'promising' then we have the makings of another failure in the pattern of Cuba, Venezuela, and multiple others during the last couple centuries. No meaningful elections; rule by a few radicals only. One Marxist party running everything including the Supreme Court, Congress and the White House, no fossil 'fuels' to provide energy and raw material for millions of other desired/needed products, diminished health care availability (if not totally rationed, similar to that seen in other Countries suffering with a Government run, single 'payer' system, massive debt that we cannot absorb as they move to allow massive/unregulated immigration but offering such folks free health care, education, etc.), suffering/famine/ etc. the likes of which this Country cannot imagine. Jobs will, once again, be moved to other Countries, especially China and others in the far East. I can't imagine living under the conditions we have observed in Cuba and . more recently, in Venezuela and knowing that our children, our grandchildren and for generations to come may have a correspondingly grim image of their future.
What I write is not theory!
Read the Democrat platform and listen to those who will be pulling the strings attached to Joe (creepy, mentally challenged, crooked, low life) Biden and a VP whose miserable records speaks volumes to anyone interested and willing to read about her 'career' from its beginning AOC (and her several retarded hench-women in Congress), 'Bernie', 'Beto', the lying 'indian' from Massachusetts, and the list goes on and on with names of other irrational, un reasonable, radical anarchists who will gut (or ignore) the Bill of Rights amendments and ignore as much of the Constitution as they find to be alien to their beliefs and ambitions. Freedom and the USA will be gone -IN ONE ELECTION.

Regardless it “appears“ Roberts has been rendered as relevant as a fart in a windstorm, and will no longer be casting the deciding vote. ....... It’s ALL Good.

More than a few believe it to be the latter. Trump was not a factor when he cast the deciding vote on the ACA.
