Here is what I see with very few assumptions. This is where I miss Bounty the most.
Note: If SL beats Westfield we get the 3 way district tie, but when we go to PPs Westfield would still be ahead of Madison and Madison (assuming a win over Chantilly) would be ahead of SL.
Happy to discuss and please point out mistakes.

Here is what is listed as the criteria.
  • District Play: Region 6D uses district record only, with power points as a tiebreaker
I did make assumptions on how they will setup the bracket since it is not implicitly stated.

C1 Centreville
L4 Marshall v Herndon winner

L2 W&L v Langley winner
C3 Madison

L1 Yorktown
C4 South Lakes

L3 Langley v W&L loser
C2 Westfield

Centreville has won the district if they win Friday, as they already beat WF, so even if Centreville lost they would be the #1 seed in a tie based on head to head. Power points only figure if head to head does not determine a winner (I could be wrong on when power points factor in, but I thought it was only for a three way tie and that is not possible now). I have the same prediction for the matchups assuming games go as they "should" in the Concord. Liberty is a bit more up in the air as the W-L vs Langley and Herndon vs Marshall games are more evenly matched teams..
