Those guys are about the same as Aau basketball coaches. No teaching background so they start up these profitable 7-7 programs and don’t know how to teach kids character. This is embarrassing.

Reminds me of my first few years in the referee game when I'd wake up early on a Sunday morning (after a night of debauchery, no less) to do 4 to 5 adult flag football games that always included at least three tussles that had to be broken up. There wasn't always fists thrown, but enough problems that kept me doing for it for one year only.
