80 free throws in the Alabama game last night

It slowed down a little bit in the 2nd half, probably to keep the game from needing to be finished by the walk-ons, but more than 20 fouls had been called on each team before halftime. The game had very little flow.
I see that game was tied at 7:08 to go, 68-68.
Bama ends up winning 88 - 79. Hmm. Interesting.
Yeah I can see that, but that many free throws ? 80 total ? woah. I'm having nightmare flashbacks to seeing Vandy shoot 50 or more. OK, nevermind that thought.
you can't make this stuff up. Arkansas state makes a few more of those free throws ... who knows what happens ?

Not if both teams ARE FOULING. How can we get this foul 7 times a possession teams to quit doing it unless it’s called?
Alabama isn’t one of those teams though. This just seems like over zealous officials on both teams.
