Not sure if I am missing anything, but it seems like West Aurora should be on the bubble pending the Hebron outcome (Galesburg is losing big). Happy to hear thoughts if I am looking at this wrong.
The IHSA tiebreakers for determining the 256th spot are:
Starting at the top of this sorted list, the teams are added to the playoff field until the 256-team limit is reached. In the event of a tie for the 256th position, the following tiebreakers are applied:
There are 5 teams with 5 wins and 35 opponents wins, and, assuming I am understanding it correctly, here are the number of teams they played that qualified for the playoffs and the number of wins by those teams:

Clinton 4 opponents, 27 opponents wins (Shelbyville 7-2, Decatur St. Teresa 6-3, Tuscola 9-0, Sullivan 5-4)
Minooka 4 opponents, 24 opponents wins (Oswego 7-2, Plainfield S. 5-4, Oswego East 6-3, Plainfield N 6-3)
Peoria Heights (coop) 4 opponents, 22 opponents wins (Princeville 5-4, Rushville 7-2, Cuba (NFC) 5-4, Farmington 5-4)

That's what I was missing!
Toledo-Cumberland's defeated opponents only have 8 wins, which is the lowest of the 5 teams. They are on the bubble.
