Very appropriate given that we are playing like we did in the 90s.

Maybe Kevin O'Neill will show up to replace the screamer

Boy, did we ever have some ugly seasons back in the 90s! Weren't we 0-for-the Big Ten a couple of times?

I was a 90s NU kid -- played drums in the basketball band from the fall of 1991 through the fall of 1994. A few highs, many lows...

Started the decade off going 0-18 in 1990-91. Finished it by going 0-16 in 1999-2000. In between we won 1-3 conference games in six of the other eight seasons.

I started going to games during the 1991-92 season. Good times... (because I was in middle school and had no real responsibilities, not because of the basketball).

I had season tickets throughout the 90's and the first 15 years in the 2000's. Sat behind our players in the angled seats with my Dad. We weren't so good. But didn't it seem like we came up with a big upset almost every year?? I really enjoyed watching those games. We didn't always play well- but then we'd beat a ranked team somehow out of the haze of chronic defeats??
