I didn't vote for Donald Trump .... and I think the use of Twitter is often a mistake. But it's a good point he makes and it addresses a subject the media is terrified to address.

For the internet novice, Twitter allows you to set your time zone so the time on your tweet will read the time in whatever time zone you have your preference set. If someone in california copies the tweet it will say 4:02am
And surprise, surprise ... still NO ANSWER is to what would have happened say a Toby Keith or some other redneck mocked killing Obama in a country music video.

If someone subscribes, the computation is to take the UTC value and compute your value based on your timezone offset. I think mine are off an hour because my proxy is in central timezone.
