You have reinforced what I have come to believe about the sidewalk alumni of the University of Alabammer. At my wifes place of work a Bammer was talking about how wonderful the the Tiiide is. To this my wife says's "where were you last year", the reply is classic bammer tick, "well, we wern't no good last year". Hell over here even the shiftless bum that rides a broken down bike everywhere has a bammer flag on it all of a sudden, just reinforcing the stereotype.
