I understand Cal's thinking on attacking the basket and feeding the post but we seem almost one-dimensional right now. We also need our perimeter guys to get in the flow and knock down a few jumpers. Everything works much better on offense when there's more variety.

You certainly are not going to be able to run away from teams in the first half not making any 3's.
If you are going to play almost like there is no 3 point line, you really need to shoot better from 2 than we are so far.

Well, UK just can't hit 3's anymore so that is why we don't shoot them OP. I mean wide open shots just won't go in anymore. This is shades of our OOC performance from 3 pre-UNC.
This is the difference in being up 4 at the half instead of double digits. This team has got to make WIDE OPEN 3 pointers to have any chance at an NCAA Title.
I think if played inside out and took good shots from outside they'd start to fall. Devin, Tyler and the Harrisons are all good shooters. They just to take open shots in the flow of the offense. I think everyone's so focused on attacking the rim right now that our shooters have lost some rhythm. And when make a couple of outside shots it will open it up a bit more inside for Karl, Willie, Dakari and Trey.
