love this site and it definetly provides a difference of opinion from palm and Lundari , who despite what CBS and ESPN will have you believe , are just guessing like the rest of us . for some reason i am having providing a direct link ...

That S-Curve would have us playing the winner of UC Urvine and LA Tech

Then: The winner of NC State and Ohio State

Gonzaga and Iowa St. would be our #2 and #3 respectively

and Utah would be our #4 seed.

Also dangerous would be Providence, LSU and Iowa

It averages all of the bracketology type sites out there into one. You can also use the site to see which bracketologists did well in previous years.
Yeah that is a great site as well. Just think it is important to talk about these other sites as many just think Lunardi's word is bond. Honestly he is pretty average when it comes to seeds . he is good at predicting who makes it in and out as he usually is only off by 2-3 teams but he will have someone as an 11 seed and they end up getting a 7 seed and so on .

Of course they are guessing. When have CBS or ESPN insinuated anything different?
It's an educated guess and frankly, there final "guess" of who gets in is extremely accurate.

Until all of the conference tournaments are complete it is impossible for anyone to do anything but speculate. Several teams will win their way into the tourney and because of that, several teams will be knocked out.
Nobody is going to correctly pick the seeds and pairings. To do so would defy incredible odds.

what i mean is , Lunardi , especially ,acts like his word is law when it is not . And to be honest as i said he is not extremely accurate about seeds . he is extremely accurate about who gets in . He is god awful at what seeds teams get and what region they are in . I pay zero attention to that part of what he or palm say but i do think for the most part , if they say so and so is out , then they are out .

I use the bracket matrix. As stated above, they keep a tally of who does well and who doesn't. And for the most part they all do about the same.

They all get the teams right except maybe one. Two at worse.

They get a slight majority of the seeds exactly correct. About 35-45. Lunardi was average at about 39.

They get nearly all of them within 1 seed up or down. 63 seemed about average. Lunardi got 60.

And where they miss and hit are the same and predictable.

16 through 11 seeds are almost automatic. Same with 1 and two seeds.

Three AND FOUR seed where everyone gets at least one wrong.

Five seeds through ten seeds are a soup where it's a fifty fifty shot of being right. 90% of those are within one, but good luck guessing which one and which way.

So get mad at Lunardi for keeping Murray or Texas A&M out, but you'll be hard pressed to find someone who disagrees. Argue that LSU should be seeded higher, but it won't be by more than one.

For the most part i agree with you . I have seen many times someone like Lunardi has someone as a 6 seed and they turn out to be an 8 and to be honest i sorta expect that . for example right now he has LSU as a 10 and i wouldn't be the least bit surprised if they end up being a 6 or a 7 like the site i linked thinks they are. But yeah Lunardi only misses on 2-3 teams a year on average . I believe it was 2 last year and the year before it was 3 . Which is an insanely good rate.
