I dont remember the name and that is my bad but it was a writer either from OWH or LJS and heck I dont remember the station either 1620 or on Severe's show. But he said if Frost comes he is gone. He doesn't want to play in a system where is runs as he has NFL goals. He does like it here but liking it here and being in the right system for him when he wants the NFL is different. I am not saying you cant make it in NFL being in Frost system its just not what this writer said Gebbia wants. I am sorry I was driving back from up north during the interview and I was tired.

Wrong. Gebbia will not be going anywhere. Fact.

I dont care if he stays or goes. I am just relaying a reporter talking on radio. I dont care either way. I want Nebraska to be good I dont care who is taking snaps as long as we win.

All I am saying is that whoever you heard on the radio that said Gebbia won't want to be here is talking out of his *** and doesn't know s*it. That is not mo. That is a fact.

Nothing would make me happier than to be proven wrong. I just don't see him being mobile enough.

I don't think he's what most people think of as a dual threat (like a Mariota, Newton, etc), but I think he's more mobile than the stereotypical pro-style QB. I kind of see him like Aaron Rodgers as far as mobility, as Aaron is not an amazing runner, but he's mobile enough to keep teams honest.

With that being the case, I think Frost is probably smart enough and adaptable enough to tweak his offense (wirhout completely changing it) to take advantage of Gebbia's skill set if he is that special of a talent.

Really? So he can run a ball into the end zone in a spring game against a vanilla defense that isn't supposed to touch him. C'mon..

Not gonna say he's Eric Crouch, but for being "not a dual threat" he did have decent speed getting to the edge. I think he could do well in Frost's offense, if he is as good a passer as everyone says they may shift the balance a little more towards passing and away from QB runs. You don't need to be Marcus Mariota to succeed in that offense.
