Unless you have been on another planet or in a vacuum for 75 years, today is a very important date not only for the USA but for the entire world.

My grandfather was in the pacific 1941-1945. He rarely talked about it - but when he did (after a few beverages) - some of the stuff that happened was mind blowing. He is no longer with us (RIP Gato!!) and that is the greatest danger - the future generations forget with each passing decade. Hopefully there will never be another Pearl Harbor or 9/11.....

Now.. back to football!! (Or basketball? )
