This season is magical. The greatest blooper reel ever put together. What plays have made you laugh the hardest?

Myself. my number one is Landon Young tackling and stripping our QB of the ball. I am sick with pneumonia right now and that play almost made me laugh my way into the hospital due to not being able to breath. but at least laughing is the way I'd want to go if I could choose.

Hillary, is that you?

Seriously, hope you get better!

My favorite is the dropped INT for TD by BM that would have most likely ensured victory over USM. Close second is the skinny post by USM with :30 left in the half to make the score 35 - 17...

Mine may be when Florida had two receivers 15 yards downfield, but they looked like they were open by 20 yards because we had two DB's go 5 yards into Florida's backfield.

Another good one was with a minute to go before half time against USM.......... two guys in our secondary were looking at each other and confused for like 5-10 seconds... No time out called... and we werent in a prevent defense and we give up easy 7. So many coaching mistakes in just one play .... lol

I liked the one where a reporter asked Stoops how hard it would be to switch to a 4-3 and Stoops said "we already play a 4-3, what do you want me to do, give FL our game plan?"

Jo Jo Kemp's touchdown where it legitimately may have been overturned on review, but the refs basically just said, "boys, there's a 12-pack of cold beer in the locker room and we've got a plane to catch".

I thought 6-6 was on the table when the season began.I now think 4-8 is the most likely outcome with 5-7 a very long shot,we aren't as "good" as we were last year.If you consider that for any length of time UK football becomes downright depressing,we don't appear to be any better than we were in Stoops year one(which means we are about where Joker left us)

Some will be quick to point out that we have recruited better, have better athletes, at some positions ,on the field but at the end of the day the product we see on the field is no better in terms of fundamentals, W/L record or execution.

We have two upcoming games that should be winnable,if we can't pull that off Stoops should announce that he will leave at the end of the season. He won't do that no matter the outcome of the next 2 games.

I have a question for all:
If we win the next two or win one lose one but are competitive in the loss how will you view the rest of the season? If we go 0-2 and are not competitive in the USC game will you throw in the towel?

ABSOLUTEY MUST WIN both to have a chance at salvaging the season. These are 2 of the 6 remaining "possible wins". The difference between coming out of Tuscaloosa 2-3 versus 1-4 is hard to overstate.

To the OP's blooper reel point the 2 wide open receivers on FL first second half possession was one of the worst blown coverage plays I have ever seen. Usually blown coverage is 1 guy messing up, not one whole side of the secondary. Usually you can see who and why the coverage was blown but I really have no idea what the hell happened on that one.

Peace

What that touchdown reminded me of was. We've all seen highlights of a high school game, where one team has a handicapped player on the bench. and in a blow out game the coach will put that kid in the game & the other team feeling sorry for him will let that kid score a basket or run for a TD. Our TD against Florida reminded me of that. In this case the game officials & replay officials felt sorry for us, so let poor little UK score.

UK football is like watching a Mel Brooks take on college football.

I'll have to go with watching Stoops and Eliot see Shannon Dawson dialing up the same two running plays the entire 2nd half and not being able to stop them

It's been pretty funny watching Courtney Love out there constantly missing tackles and looking completely lost constantly missing his gap assignments and tackling with his arms. Actually it's been pretty sad/pathetic. Mark and DJ basically told us he was the second coming of Dick Butkus. I had a good feeling that we were in trouble when I saw a transfer from a bad Nebraska team (that hadn't yet played a single snap) was representing us at media days.

USM's touchdown pass before halftime that any Pop Warner team would have stopped and then pretty much every play of the season after that. Stoops comments have been award winners as well. It's like Dumb and Dumber.

I'd have to go with the blocked punt on our first freaking drive of the season.

Basically let us know right away what the Stoops era is all about, and what to expect for the rest of the season.
