one test came back with good results......the second test had to be postponed until yesterday because of illness to the doctor administering it, so now I've got another 7-10 days to wait for these results......and this one is the real serious one.......hurry up and wait.....hang in there with me folks......halfway over the mountain
Doctors are un-*****- conscious in their actions when they know their patient has been sitting on pins and needles for months. Brother went thru pure hell with VA for six months or longer. They tell you you have cancer, then they tell you they can attempt to do tests on you 6-8months down the road. After a couple postponements, they do test and tell you they will have results 4-6 months. Of course they change Drs. different times. Mean time you have lost 20-40% of weight with worry/concern.
But on the good side, after 5-7 years he has finally gotten clean report during the last couple months. He is super religious and always said it is in God's hands - nothing he could do for himself at the time. But I could see the pressure he was under during all of that time, and going forward. When you hear cancer, it is not unusual to fear the worst. I went thru quick test analysis and as soon as I heard False Alarm, I had already been diagnosed with heart attack. Got quick scope inside the heart. Again, False Alarm. Within 4 weeks, I had been diagnosed with Cancer and Heart Attack. Tests proved not a damned thing wrong, but I was nearly walking on a cane and close to totally disabled from the fear they put into me.
