I was thinking about how great it's been to talk to many of you on this board. Would love to meet face to face if anyone can - so here is my thought:

Next week, those of us in the Jefferson County/Oldham County areas - and others close by, perhaps think about meeting up to watch the Cats play somewhere? I know east side of Jefferson is strong with the Blue - so many bars there will be showing the game.

Personally, I think its a wonderful idea. I live a little far from your area, but have always thought it would be fun to have a large, central date/time for anyone interested. If we could ever do one in a centrally-designated place, put me down.

Mt.Washington has a great sports bar Half Time Sports Bar. Kelly is the owner and a big UK fan. It's big enough to hold a couple hundred . Just a suggestion , I stop in there on my way through a couple of time a week for the food , love the atmosphere . I'm 40 miles from there, but it may be close for a lot of you guys. I did mention good foood and plenty of deferant beers .

I'm in Richmond and would love to come, although I have my 10 year old son Thursday-Monday morning, so a bar is out of the question.

hon if I could I would have everyone here - Im only an hour away (well if I'm driving, lol) from Cinci

Bev, he turned 10 in January, and he's a HUGE UK fan. Yes, I have brought him up well.
