But but but but but why can't I see for myself what Obi and Vrank can do? Why won't K give them a chance? 
Seeing what Marshall has accomplished this year should give Jeter, Obi, and Vrank a lot of encouragement for their future. Marshall didn't see any PT his first couple seasons either and look at him now.

All 5 guys played with unbelievable heart last night. DT didn't have silly turnovers, Kennard makes steal that gets us lead & Marshall shut down interior passes last 8 mins.
Great post. Since I've followed Duke, (2004) I've never felt as proud of a team. No excuses last night just hard stinking work.
The one thing more than any other that I was excited about when DT came to Duke, was the rave reviews about his defense. Well boy howdy, all game, but especially on that last play it was really there to be seen.
Marshall, to play those 10 minutes with 4 fouls, you'd swear he was Emaka Okafor out there, refusing to back down and be scared, making big play after big play. I will SORELY miss having this kid in a Duke outfit in the future.
And the future for Luke will be great. Deer in the headlights look? No chance, the big game didn't scare him. The young man is just so dang fluid on offense.

I've had a pretty proud sense of pride today too. I'm not sure it was the high I reached the night of Rivers shot (that game I thought we flat out stole), but it's right up there. Last night we just hung around and made plays. In 2012 we trailed by 10 with just over two minutes left.
Luke was amazing he outplayed Justin Jackson most of the night. His freshman season is easily similar to John Sheyer. He will be Duke's next 2000 point career scorer. He is an underrated athlete great and good quickness. DT is going to be a breakout star next season with a full off season on campus. If Amile gets back in time to play meaningful minutes in the tourney, Duke is the scary good and no one will want to see them in their bracket. Hopefully Duke can win out and get a #2 seed in the tourney in the East Region. Only team that potentially scares me this year is Xavier.
