If it is Ash, you guys gotta read Urban Meyer's new book "Above the Line". I believe it will give us a good insight in to how Ash is going to run the program. It will psych you up about Ash!

I don't see myself making time to read a book by Urban Meyer anytime soon. Could you, perhaps, provide the cliff-notes version of what you saw as applicable to our situation w/Ash as HC?
