We easily have one of the most overpaid staffs in the country. If we were a program that prioritized football, we'd be cleaning house. But instead we focus on things like reminding ourselves our coach "wants to be here" and take great solace in that.

The intelligent hiring authorities, at USC, have made the Beamer family VERY happy. Forget the buy out. What we have paid Beamer in the past 5 years, ALONE, means neither he nor his children ever have to work again. The buy out is icing on that cake. Beamer has no pressure on him, PERIOD. I'd fire his skinny a$$ after the Clemson game. He and fatso Sam Pittman can then meet half way between Columbia and Fayettville, drink some beers, toast the hiring authorities that hired them and laugh at the morons at USC and Arkansas who hired 2 guys who had never even been Coordinators, much less Head Coaches before they were hired by those 2 institutions of higher learning to coach in one of the toughest football conferences in the nation.
