The arrogance of the BOT and attending attorneys is beyond measure. The loss of perspective involving who the BOT represents and why it exists is amazing. While not an available remedy, the Supreme Court would be well served, as would all of the constituents, if the current BOT was vacated and new elections, barring current members, were required!

I know there are some miserable people who will complain about anything the university does. That's just who they are. But in this case, the university's position is ridiculous.
