That the words arrest warrant, RAPE, assault, drugs or anything would be in the same sentence as o$u football players. SHOCKED and appalled. I'm sure they went to church with Tressell and just would never

Justin Crawford

This morning's news out of Columbus -

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Two Ohio State University football players were booked into jail early Wednesday on charges of rape and kidnapping, police said.

Police charged defensive players Amir I. Riep and Jahsen L. Wint, both 21, late Tuesday, The Columbus Dispatch reported. They are scheduled to be arraigned Thursday morning. There was no word on whether the men had attorneys to speak for them.

The woman told police she was hanging out with Riep at an apartment he shares with Wint on Feb. 4 when they began to engage in consensual sex, according to an affidvait. The woman stopped and told Riep she didn't want to continue. Wint then entered the room and asked if he could join.

Wint then allegedly grabbed the woman by her neck and raped her, she said in the affidavit. Reip held the woman down with his body while Wint forced oral sex. The woman pushed Wint away, according to the affidavit, but he again forced her to have oral sex.

After several minutes, they stopped and Riep told the woman that she needed to say what happened was “consensual on a video recording while laughing at her," according to the affidavit. Riep then told the woman she needed to shower before driving her back to her home.

"Former Atlanta Falcons player Justin Kenyuno Crawford will face at least 12 years behind bars after he pleaded guilty to child molestation and sodomy charges as part of a plea deal, according to a new report.

Crawford, a 23-year-old father of three, agreed to a deal Tuesday in which prosecutors dropped three felony charges — including aggravated child molestation — that would have landed him 25 years to life in prison, the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer reported."

How would we know, as none of the WVU reporters/fanboys would have reported it, if he had done it there, too?

I must have clicked the wrong area. Sure I thought I was on the Mountaineer message board and not the woodshed.

Posts like this (from the OP) should be made on the Woodshed forum. Let's talk sports. Any other intelligent sports minded individuals like me and Greg Jacobs on this forum?

Easy there chief. I'm a fanboy (albeit a critical one) but I am not proud of Crawford's actions whether they occurred while he was enrolled or not.

I still think Aaron Hernandez is the worst ever player recruited by Urb and maybe any coach. He was pure evil. Many (including me) believe he killed a man while a freshman at Florida. They (Gator Coaches/friends and a legal/lawyer fixer) definitely helped him out at the same season when he sucker punched and busted a bar manager’s ear drum who was escorting him out for refusal to pay his tab.

On the shooting in FL, the police should really be scrutinized cause he was identified that night as the shooter and the audio tape from a witness interview revealed it. There may be 3 more people alive in Boston today had police in FL done their job better. And I’m a fan of the police generally and in most situations.

whatever he was, pure evil was part of it. Based on what I saw I think he killed at least 4 people (despite acquitted on 2. Just like OJ acquitted on 2) likely 5, and he tried to kill another guy who he shot in the eye. Hernandez was pure crazy & psycho and I think it was drug (PED and the fun kind) aided because he was into that for years. Gay or Bi or whatever, he was NUTS, and Urb and the Gators kept him out of jail as an 18 year old which later cost 4 peoples lives in New England
