shut down claims that the hearing was a "charade" with one brutal fact: "ACTBlue's own legal counsel said she lied to Congress." Then he asked six simple questions. How much fraud is too much fraud? How much money came from Russia? Did you weaken fraud standards to help Democrats? Her answer every single time: "I respectfully decline to answer..."

The part where he said the DOJ was conducting a separate investigation was good information. The Democrats taking money from foreign countries to get Democrats elected was good too. From what I've seen from Democrats China, Russia, and Iran are probably on that list.

There is an active DOJ investigation. Jordan knows this. He also knows they canāt answer, hence why heās asking the questions. Itās a soundbite and nothing more.
The DOJ has to indict and put their butts in trial. And it needs to happen yesterday. Accountability, Iāve yet to see a single ounce of it occur.
Now everyone knows there's a DOJ investigation and yes they could have answered some questions. The one about taking money from Russia should have been easy.
I donāt believe thatās the case. I understand it that as soon as they answer one question, the 5th amendment is waived and the door is wide open. SOCO could confirm this or now. I donāt think the 5th is electable under questioning, itās all or none.
You can answer questions then invoke the 5th at anytime. They are guilty as hell so a good lawyer should have told them to take the 5th. All the questions were rhetorical anyways as the members have done their own investigations as well as talked with the DOJ.
The Democrats have been taking money from Countries not considered our allies to get their candidates elected. Taking money from Russia after what they put Trump through is next level hypocrisy.

Why would a witness invoke the 5th on simply confirming who they are? I heard a clip on Sirius Patriot Ch 125 where that Act Blue witness even refused to answer to her own identity! She sounded just like a pre-programmed chat bot (kinda like the Leftists who post on this forum)

I would have to see the question. "What is your name?" obviously would have to be answered but if they are asking to identify a person on a video who is committing felony, that could be an issue.
Unless I mis heard the clip, she was asked specifically to validate how she wished to be addressed? (by name) She was asked which of two possible pronunciations did she prefer? She refused to answer by invoking the 5th.

I get Americans don't want spied on and they shouldn't be without real probable cause they are doing illegal stuff with foreign countries. However if they are working with ISIS or a similar group it's important to get ahead of that.
That goes for cartels too. So It would be better to put those in jail that abuse the process.
Iām good with the Govt not having that kind of power over the US populace. It took about 5 years before the power was abused domestically so grossly that I still donāt understand how zero people went to jail for it. It took 10 years before it was used against a political opponent. 15 years before it was being abused against journalists (arguably, it was happening much earlier as well) and against whole political apparatus of the opposition.
The abuses of the power havenāt stopped. The whole Patriot act should go away, but FISA? 100% should go. If youāre a US Citizen you have inherent rights. The Govt shouldnāt get to cut corners regardless of the level of evil youāre doing. Nothing should be hidden in secret courts. FISA can screw right off.
Working with Iran, the CCP, Russia? Maybe focus on that kind of stuff through normal channels in the Bureau instead of them being used to target Christians, Parents, and people opposed to lockdowns and forced vaccinations. The manpower is there. They donāt need FISA and they shouldnāt have that kind of power.
So you understand the tech companies are going to continue to do it right. But our Intelligence Agencies can't spy on foreigners that wish us serious harm? That's not reality. Like I said it would be best to charge those that abuse it. If you aren't communicating with those that are breaking the law overseas then you shouldn't have to be concerned. If you are then you deserve to have a closer look at. Being how the internet is how they communicate unless you plan on pulling the plug on that's how it needs to be. FISA isnāt about spying on foreigners. The Agency, multiple of them, already do that. FISA isnāt used to surveil foreigners, it has absolutely nothing to do with foreigners.
FISA is about circumventing the constitution and standard due process to spy on US Citizens.
If it were legit, you wouldnāt have to lie the way you just did to try and make a case for it.
It has everything to do with foreign operations. If you are an American colluding with a foreign country doing something you shouldn't then you need unmasked and investigated. That takes probable cause and a Judge to make happen for a warrant. There needs to be strict oversight and anyone who abuses it by breaking the law should be held accountable.
If you are against being spied on you should be more concerned about some moron who has a website and administrative rights.
People like this getting unmasked get no sympathy. If you are trading food recipes with someone in Moscow and you get targeted that's a problem.

I donāt agree with what Tech companies are doing, but the USG is specifically prohibited from doing what theyāre doing and weāre protected from it.
I understand how the process is suppose to work. I also understand why Steve Bannon wants it done away with and why he has been crying about on his podcast. Everyone can figure that out soon enough. It's the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. To unmask an American Citizen there needs to be probable cause that laws are being broken. Just like Law Enforcement needs to show a Judge to do Surveillance on anyone else. The problem when they did this with Trump back in 2016 and others the Judge was rubber stamping it and not demanding hard probable cause. Like I said numerous times it's an important tool but they must be made to follow the laws and not rubber stamp the warrant.
Trump was a victim. However as the man responsible for National Security he is asking for it to be renewed. There's a good reason for that.
I gave a couple of examples of the kind of people caught with it living here. There are plenty more examples and our Foreign Enemies and those working with them want it gone. I would rather hold those accountable that abuse it.

FBI to date, despite being mandated to do so, has not implemented a single reform to the process. Theyāre still able to abuse the process. Again, not a single person went to jail. Send some people to jail for violating the process and abusing the power. When they do that? We can talk about extending it. Until then, shut it down and work harder.
To target you for criminal investigation they have to get a warrant and they need probable cause of a crime to do that. So if you are working with an someone overseas planning to blow up a church or school here you gave up your Constitutional Rights to privacy at that point. If you want some of the legal part of it rewritten that's understandable. But you are going to get people killed by Terrorist Sympathizers getting rid of it completely.. When that happens you can thank the Democrats, Thomas Massie and the other Republicans that joined them. I will say one more time. It would be better to punish those that abuse it.
There's currently an Investigation being conducted about that. I agree that anyone who violated the law should be held accountable. Getting a warrant isn't that hard if you have facts to back it up. So holding people to that shouldn't be a high bar.
China is spying on all of us and creating a war map. Probably should be more concerned about that as they are searching for sympathizers. They aren't the only ones.

Critics also want the government to seek warrants before it can review any information collected on Americans who communicate with foreign targets, according to The Hill.
