Seems she has done a pretty good job of keeping her decision under wraps. Maybe her decision will actually be a surprise vs being leaked ahead of time.

Addison is a very talented player who could be the last piece needed to put the Hawks over the top. If not the Hawks, I wish her all the best.

If we don’t get her it will not be great recruiting year. Been in a lot of big names. Only 1 so far
Iowa got their number one priority, You obviously want to get as much talent as possible but with the current roster McKenna made the recruiting cycle a success IMO. Adding Bjorn would be a helluva cherry on top.
Why do people keep saying this? We only have 4 scholarships open for this year and next. No need for a 3 or 4 person class this year. Getting even one big fish like Addie Deal would've been a success but getting Woliczko is ten times better.
The portal could reap dividends ahead of any high school players we miss out on. At this point, I'll take a Chit Chat and Emely over a freshman who may develop as a sophomore or even later. Nobody can argue that Jan has nailed the transfer portal additions of her first two years.

Depends on how you define ‘great’. Without definition, the assertion is left to be argued and should be interpreted as only opinion.
On to the 2027 class and the portal. We'll have four schollies available unless somebody transfers. I think Jan will focus on a pg first, wing second and PF third.
Interesting that today is the last day to be able sign but she is announcing tomorrow morning. So I assume the coaches of all the finalists know her choice.
IMO the need is an elite 3 point shooter and other pieces can be filled at Jan's discretion. I trust her on this.
Oh I am sure Iowa see 2-3 transfers this offseason. Portal is nice to add a few pieces here and there. but to live in the portal cause you can't get a recruiting class of more than 1 is a bad idea.

Texas. Hawkbuck on the old rivals sight called it along time ago and it looks like he nailed another one.
Texas it is, what could have been an amazing recruiting class ends with just signing 1 recruit.....stud recruit yes, but can't live on classes of 1
Talia changing her predictions on Commitment Day is a terrible look for her reputation as an insider. Skim would never do that. Talia got 3/6 wrong. She's definitely not reliable.
Portal changes the equation dramatically. The 26 class may be done or they may add after the season, We shall see.
So your the new negative Nellie, is that the deal? And Frankly the portal changed all that. We added 2 really sold players from the portal this season with a years experience already. That last three (counting Lucy) have been great additions. Just roll with it....
I watched a few Texas games last year and their style of play is awful. I don't get why Top 10 level of recruits would sign up for that. It'd be like Jeremiah Smith deciding to play in a Brian Ferentz offense.
Just once again pointing out that Skim doesn’t make predictions they just have insider info once a decision has been relayed to a coaching staff.
