Addition without Subtraction

I cannot follow the math directly but it seems with additions and portal withdrawals that we have more additions than subtractions. Are we going to need to create some space by dropping guys going forward?

I think there was a court order that grandfathered in existing players or something so don't have to get down to 105 yet.
