Not sure. 2015 they came out on 10/30/15 the day of the last regular season game.
2017 they came out on 11/01/17, two days before the last regular season game.
But last year they didn't come out until 11/07/18 , five days after the last regular season game.
ADM's typically come out around Halloween, last year's came out so late because of the weather disaster in the coastal region. I suspect this year's will be out this weekend or very early next week.

I'll go ahead and add the annual "Gentry called Que Tucker and reminded her to make sure Murphy was below 500 kids" comment.
No set date when they are received by the NCHSAA. Once the admin has them they break them down for various items. Example is schools that do not have a freshman class on campus have to add the 9th graders in (think Richmond); schools that have multiple schools on campus (Olympic HS and schools with early colleges on the campus that allow the students to play sports). The schools then get the numbers to review. Then they are made public.
So basically the day the brackets come out lol....It will be good if they get rid of a and AA then it won't matter...everyone will know where everyone is going and adms won't mean anything except for realignment.
More times then not it just before the last game the outliers being 2015 & 18. The last six years.

2014 Nov 4th , 3 days " " "
2015 Oct 30th, day of next to last game
2016 Nov 3rd, 1 day before last game
2017 Nov 1st, 2 days " " "
2018 Nov 7th but as I was reminded, due to weather and postponed games in the east.
As I said, the week of the last game. Look for them next week around Nov. 6th, 7thor 8th always before the last game Mount Airy vs East Surry. I always remember watching for them that week. But with all the changes we never know what the NCHSAA will do.

I just hope Im traveling to Wallace-Wade in December
