He's taken more blame than necessary by a lot. He left some yards and points on the field today, but even that could be attributed to perfectly reasonable factors like not wanting to get hurt -or- maybe get the ball punched out when he slid short of the first down on the second-to-last possession. He was the MVP today, big-time.

Good performance, not perfect but made the plays that needed to be made and seems to be clearly the best leader for this team.

Adrian has 41 completions in his last 49 attempts. Yes, he is 41/49 over the last 2 games.

Benching AM was probably the best thing that could have happened to him. He’s played well and we are a better team with him leading. I’d still like to see him be more aggressive and think quicker. He showed that today in the 4th quarter today.

Now let’s get Luke in as a receiver permanently.

Think how good he could be if he could make some more downfield passes...
Recognize the thread... if you don’t appreciate him then don’t post in this thread. Simple as that.

it gets old seeing posters crap on everyone, and you’ve been crapping a lot lately.

The least you could do is spare this thread from your crap.

Hit Allen downfield for what could have been a TD. Hit Wandale a few times on deeper throws. Also was extremely accurate on his short throws that let our guys run with it in stride which makes a huge difference.

also, props to Luke for a clutch third down pickup in traffic coming in cold in the 2H.

WTH are you talking about? A compliment? Your wife must be seething every time you “compliment” her...

Saying, “imagine if he could do something better” is not a compliment in anyone’s book. It’s saying he blows at downfield passes. You are saying if only he could complete downfield passes. How is that a compliment?

He’s played great since earning his spot back. I don’t think a lot of Nebraska’s issues have necessarily been on him to begin with.

He played really well, actually played well against Iowa too. I am happy for him and the team. We all needed this. It was fun watching someone else shoot themselves in the fooT

He had a great game. I have a great round of golf every now and then, but I usually suck.

I hope AMart can stay more consistent than my golf game.

I didn't say he totally blows at it. He made a few nice downfield passes yesterday. But he needs to start doing it a lot more and a lot more consistently to live up to his potential. BTW, I think Adrian has a ton of talent. I think Verduzco has completely mindfucked our qb's and they're playing nowhere near their potential.
