I get it . How many Iowa fans go on the penn St boards and post? You guys have won 12 of the last 14 titles yet the fans still come to an opposing board to talk sh*t. It doesn't make sense. Fans of a sport tend to hate dynasties yet no one is running to the Penn st forums to talk sh*t. Yet here the Penn St fans are
So stay off our board dumb ***

Is he done for the year?
If so, can he get a medical year?
In such a case, would he return to Iowa City?

I have no clue.

The program knew about it and allowed it to continue/tried to cover it up. Phuckin disgusting. The fact you’re even trying to downplay what happened is exactly why posters here call your school pedo state and you clowns pedo defenders.
I don't think anyone is downplaying it. There was a cover up at the highest echelons of the university. 4 people went to jail including the university president, paterno died ruined, stripped of everything. I think it might have touched the governor of PA at the time. PSU contributes roughly 16B to PA's economy. Ed Rendell (PA governor at the time) sat on Penn State’s Board of Trustees by virtue of his position. So yeah, the fact that this surfaced at all is amazing with all the bureaucracy involved. I'm glad it did, for the kids that had their childhood stolen, there will never be enough justice. I'm done with this conversation. I'm out folks.

pedo protector adjacent
Let me see...would I rather be called that or an ignorant dipsh*t which is what some of our fans look like when they toss that sh*t around. Sadly, some of you guys are coming across with this, "since we can't beat them we'll just keep coming up with stupid sh*t to say about their program or their school. Stupid!! Let's just find a way to win...that's where we need to focus our attention. In fact, forget winning...let's first focus on being competitive. Some of you guys make us look really bad...like whiney little b*tches who have to strike out with something because we can't compete.

Outside of wrestling, their sport's programs this year have been dogshiit.
Remarkable that a school with those resources can suck this bad.
Top 16 in the country isn't all that bad...

Based on the final 2024-25 Learfield Directors' Cup standings, Penn State finished 16th in the nation in the NCAA total points race for all sports.
Total Points: The Nittany Lions accumulated 893.00 total points for the 2024-25 athletic season.

Performance Breakdown: The final tally consisted of 213.5 points from the fall, 335 from the winter, and 143 in the spring.
Top Contributors: The season was highlighted by national championships in women's volleyball and wrestling, along with strong performances in football (CFP semifinals), men's hockey, and men's lacrosse.

Big Ten Standing: Penn State finished 5th among Big Ten conference schools, trailing USC (2nd), UCLA (5th), Ohio State (8th), and Michigan (13th).
Trend: This result marks a significant improvement from their 24th-place finish the previous year (2023-24).

BTW, so far this year PSU is 15th in the country in the Directors Cup standings...3rd in the B10 behind Washington and Oregon. That's not all that bad considering the points they're going to get for winning the NCAA wrestling championship.

Yep. Imagine something similar were to happen, God forbid, at the University of Iowa. Would that mean everybody who was a Hawkeye or a Hawkeye fan would have to abandon it? Of course not. Any decent person would be angry that an institution they cared about, with a long and venerable history, had been stained forever by a few disgusting and evil individuals. The actions of those few don’t wipe all the good, even if they overshadow it, and rightfully so, for a time.

All that being said, when you troll constantly on another board, you can’t be too surprised when this gets brought up, rightly or wrongly. Yes, we know you’re here because you love to talk wrestling, and with some of you I believe it and learn a lot. But quite a few are here to poke and poke and then cry foul.

No reason to wrestle him before bigs. I would worry a little bit about his match conditioning. He's been out for a while now. Is he wrestling in practice?
I mentioned that earlier as well. I believe it was Corby who said he is very disciplined. I would assume thats not just weight related, but also maintaining whatever he can. His style would lead me to believe conditioning wouldn't be as much of a factor as some other guys. It wouldn't be great for seeding, but could he take the mat for a match or 2 and MFF out?

1. I know more than you about this for certain reasons. 2. The program did not know about it, a few individuals had credible reports that they did not report to the proper authorities. Those 4 people covered it up.

You a Catholic by any chance? Want to deep dive in that swamp?

What does being a Catholic have to do with anything? You think any of the rank and file Catholic members approved of the sexual abuse? Just like the rank and file PSU members don't approve of all the frolicking in the locker room and all of the disgusting football abuse. The church was responsible for the cover up just like PSU Administration was responsible for cover-ups. Every priest and Bishop all the way up to the top that knew about it and hid it ought to be burned at the stake. Same for every pedophile, including those associated with all the disgusting PSU activity over the years.

I was defending PSU as an institution and separating it from the people who commit/facilitate the crimes, the same way I would defend the Catholic Church, and you decide to call me a clown? GTFO
