I noticed that the team goes around the court shaking hands with the fans.
I have never seen that in the game of basketball before. It’s a great way of thanking the fans for their support. Go Cats!!! ⚪️

I know Cal’s guys would sometimes stay late and greet fans but not quite like that.

Pope actually takes questions from the fans after the game. Cal would NEVER have done that. Props to him also.

Pope played here and won a title here so he understands what the fans mean to this University. Man I'm so glad to have a fresh start with someone who actually gives a crap!

Listening on the radio last night, when Pope was done, it sounded like he turned to the fans that were still there and said “thanks for coming, love you guys”
