What - the hockey game? If in or around the 6th Arr. - St. Germain you can try The Moose Paris. Watched PSU v Illinois here about a decade ago. Tons of TVs and options (and sports bar pub fare). Popular with tourists who *need* to watch their sports while in the most beautiful city in the world. Let me know if you need other tips

Your best bet is to google for "no IP lock IPTV", you are in Europe and there are many over there.
I dont think your Nord VPN works over there, but I could be wrong.

I used to watch football games all the time while travelling overseas. Then they got blocked but I was able to use a free VPN to watch. No such luck the past couple of years. Somehow they can tell where I am based on other factors. I didn't use Nord VPN so perhaps they have a special sauce that my free VPN doesn't have.
FWIW I've also tried my free VPN to get past local blackouts at home. It's bizarre. TBS has Yankee games on Tuesdays but I can't get it in NY and the VPN doesn't help. Amazon Prime has games on Wednesdays but only if you live in NY. I can't get them when outside of NY even with my VPN.
