With any RV good idea is to have it inspected by a licensed rv inspector. There are soooo many systems and things that break all the time no matter if its entry level or a 3 million dollar Prevost. If interested in RVing it is an awesome way to travel and I only wish I started earlier as we have been doing it for 9 yrs now and have moved from a Class A Gas to our current 40' DP with 3 slides. Things I have learned over the years...they are costly to maintain and if you are not mechanically inclined or have VERY deep pockets don't do it as it will be nothing but a headache. I fix most everything on our coach except the diesel engine and chassis issues that get addressed by a heavy diesel shop at $150 an hour! Just be aware of what your getting into. Monaco's are very good quality coaches, but get an inspection. NADA RV lists that model for retail of 140K, so the price is not out of line assuming its in good shape, sounds like a good deal. Being priced that much under book would have my antenna's up for issues.
