Now you're catching on. Neither do the last three Balitmore mayors who were convicted of crimes or stepped down for incompetence. Neither does the former Police Chief who was convicted of Crimes. Cummings wife is Head of the Democrat Party in Maryland currently under investigation by the FBI and IRS. Seriously it shouldn't be that hard to connect the Dots.

Copy of his letter inside. This has been so twisted it's not even funny. In the letter he clearly states that Whites, Blacks, Hispanics and Asians are being victimized in the park. Crime rate in New York was off the charts. Mayor Guliani was elected shortly after and cleaned that city up. It wasn't to many years later where those men found to be wrongful charged. The women involved was still raped and beaten. This is nothing but an exercise in race baiting.
