I think he was in with the one replay angle, but I agree with you live it was tough to see.
And to the other poster, I've already turned it on to Finebaum to hear the loco reaction. It is more entertaining when Bama loses but stilll funny when they win.
It didn't look like he got in while watching it live, but from the pile-on cam is was obvious he extended the ball and got it in.
If things were to take a drastic turn for the worse here...Load up on Cal's jet with Joe Craft, the Governor, Mitch McConnell, Mitch Barnhart, Drake, Cal himself and go get Lane Kiffin...he can bring his dad with him if he wants...
Not trying to defend the guy but aren't most UK fans cheering for a fellow SEC team ? With that said Bama did what they need to do to win the game.
He's acting like he's a UK fan...but he's not. He's a U of L fan lying through his teeth that wanted Bama to lose and his ACC to win. He also said I was dumb to cheer for Bama because that doesn't help Kentucky.......U of L fans are truly the dumbest little trolls.
That was a darn good and entertaining football game. I think next year it will be Clemson's championship to lose.
This has been one of the more entertaining championship games I have seen in a long time.
Just b/c I don't care who wins...how awesome would it be to see Clemson recover an onside kick and throw TD as time runs out to win it?
ST's was the difference IMO. Both O's were good, both D's were terrible, but Bama owned Clemson on ST's when it mattered.
Lots of die hard bama fans on here. Like Saban just said. It's great for there fans and great for the state of Alabama. Didn't mention the SEC not once.
I wonder what that smug Ahole Danny Kanell has to say tonight. To be fair, the game was close enough so he can make excuses and blame the refs and such though.
He made it, the ball only has to touch the plane of the goal line, the goal line is entirely in the end zone.
USC and Texas in '05 set the standard for great title games. This was close to that.....
Edit: And it reminded me of that game. SC was up 12 with about 6 minutes to play, but it's exhausted defenders simply couldn't stop Young down the stretch. Just looked it up, and Texas scored to make it 38-33 with a little over 2 left - this game was at 38-33 in the closing minutes. Bama couldn't do anything with Watson. I kept reading that Saban no longer struggles with mobile QBs. Either that's wrong, or Watson is simply that good...

Oh, he definitely will. Funny, considering he was quiet as a church mouse last year when FSU benefited from calls in multiple games, particularly the ND game.
Wake up Zan!!!!!...today's college fb is NOT about defense any more...you better able to score 30 + pts on almost every game--especially at KENTUCKY --where excellent defense is going to be hard to build and where I think has been MS biggest Achilles heel so far in that I don't think he truly "believes" in this concept
Good for Bama. Every success the SEC has can only help OUR recruiting. Kids want to play against the best players in the country, in the best league in the country. Any way you add it up that's the SEC.
I felt that way this year about OSU. But, Clemson should be the preseason #1.
Lucky my arse. Had C not chose to cover three long passes like UK against V - two for TD's, one to set up last TD - they'd have won going away.
