That is the biggest reason Stoops needs to be replaced, we are no closer to being competitive 4 years into his tenure than we have been in the past with the exception of the Brooks, Cliaborne, and Curci years. This is what is disappointing about the Stoops era. By year 4 I would assume most everybody thought we would be winning or competing (like 2 touchdowns or less underdogs) in every game. Being 34 point underdogs is a major disappointment. I'd hate to see how big of an underdoghave we would be facing those mid 90's Florida teams coached by Spurrier.
Agree some what with this. And the Tennessee game we competed with exception of about a half of a quarter. Was up 14-10 late in second quarter when boom got hurt and seemed to take the wind out of our sails. The last two scores they had was special teams. (Just went back and looked at box score. We went up 14-10 with six minutes left in second quarter. They scored four td in less than ten minutes of game time)You guys apparantly do not watch the games?? We are competitive in 70 to 80 percent of the games...yes there have been a few blowouts...UT last couple of seasons and Georgia one year and at Florida this year, but overall...Stoops teams compete
