Amari sort of lost his cool there for a stretch trying to do too much offensively then missing his FTs

Bama way more athletic in general and that’s the difference for them

Butler and Oweh with zero fouls. That's nice. Outside of Carr (3) and Robinson (2), nobody has more than 1. Bama should probably have about four or five more. Ugh.

7 of their 11 fouls came on their bench players
6 of our 7 fouls came on our starters including 3 on Carr

Way too much isolation and hoping something opens up in the lane. Many of these top of the key handoffs are messy because it is so predictable.

Perry cannot play in this game.

Carr was a complete disaster in that half in all facets of the game.

No UK threes last 11:00 of the half. Could be down much more.

Cats are fighting but someone please stop Nelson!

This is an absolute nightmarish way to end the half. From up 6 to down 4
Alabama was preseason #2 in the AP and many outlets had them at #1 preseason.

They lead the nation in scoring and returned two guys who are future NBA players.

Believe it or not, but they're actually a good team.

You sound like Josh Brolin's character in No Country for Old Men who still doesn't know what he's up against and has to have it explained to him while in a hospital bed.

Not a bad half. Alabama with just one more run than us. I think we can win if we flip the script and have one more run than them in the 2nd half. I thought the whistle got uneven in the paint and favored Bama.

They’re a great team. This isn’t Alabama A&M

That long Robinson missed 3 from 28 feet up 6 has changed the entire ball game. Could pushed the lead to 8 or 9 pts with a solid possession and instead that miss led to a quick 5-0 run (along with Robinson turnover) right after.

Robinson has been great for us this year but that 30 seconds changed this entire game.

We better hope we start running offense and sharing the ball

Bama is very disciplined on offense. Every single play they have tremendous ball movement.
This I agree with, Williams trying to score driving from the foul line too much and that Jackson 3 from downtown when 2 uk player had not even crossed half court was a bad shot. Get back to doing what they are good at, moving the ball and cutting.

Yea that definitely killed the momentum for us.
