Should have booked a trip to Turtle Bay resort in North Shore. Most beautiful place the wife and I have ever been to and it was cheaper than what you spent. Granted, not all inclusive but you're right on the beach and have pools and restaurants all right there.

I will most certainly keep in mind. I was just playing around with it. I have about 6 months. Thanks!

There's horseback riding, golf, surfing, trails and about everything you can imagine. Unlike Waikiki, which is nothing but a crowded tourist spot for people who wear fannypacks, North Shore is authentic Hawaiian.

Plus, they filmed this movie at the resort so you can check it out all the time.

Ive seen that movie! Good movie but that place was awesome. I didn't know the two were connected.

We're taking our first all inclusive vacation this summer.
We have 7 couples and are going to the Mexican Riviera.
The cost is reasonable, around $1500 per including flight.
Hope it's as good as advertised...

Anybody have any luck with these Groupon Getaways?
6 nights all inclusive in the Dominican at place built in 2015. Called Alsol I believe. $1k person with flight out of Cincy. Booked yesterday and hoping it doesn't suck because I've never dealt with Groupon but place looks legit.

Every place has it's pros and cons to a different variety of people and Turtle Bay is more for a serene, laid back vacation. It's away from Waikiki and that's where the restaurants and nightlife is. It's a beautiful place though.
