Mine won’t change to the handle I had on the old board. I couldn’t remember the email or password for the old handle so created a new account here. I wonder if that’s why it won’t change.

Instead of entering your information in the email and password fields, click either the Apple or Google logo(depends on your phone) and hopefully the email you used for this site is linked to that account. If not, link it to the account and then click the appropriate icon. Hope this helps everyone.

Apparently you can be different Anon’s. Who knew?
You can log out, and once back on the login window, choose 'I don't have an account'. From there, you have to enter in an email, password, and username. The critical part is the username. It has to be different than the one you used on Rivals. My username was exemjr on Rivals, but when trying to use that, the continue button would do nothing. Once I changed it to exemjr_uk, I was then able to hit the continue button and create the new account. That will get rid of the anonymous for you.

I messed up the first time. I am logged in now with my cats illustrated account. Still anon though the help desk contacted me at my old account. They asked a bunch of questions including my card info. I never added a card, I guess that killed my account. They haven't contacted me back. I explained what I did but nothing yet. I imagine they are busy. All I can do is hope.
I did request the first account I made here be deleted. That is the account they answered on but I did spell out exactly what I did and pointed them to me now..... We shall see

That doesn't sound right as I have seen several usernames here that were on rivals but you may be right... I am sure not right.
I'm Pygmy Sasquatch. I see there is an account for me with that name, including my join date. But I can't login in to that account.
Those steps will work if you create a new account on here. There is some type of sync issue going on where your old username on Rivals is in their database, so it won't let you create a new account using that username. If you are able to login using your old username, it gives you the anon moniker. I assume the migration is not fully complete, or if it is, there were some steps missed in the process and most user accounts from rivals didn't successfully migrate.
Each time I try to login, it says I have to pay to join. Asked for assistance from Rowland and on3 and haven’t heard back. I’d be happy with a refund at this point.
