That's a relief. Delray played at IU under knight. I was going to have to hear from folks around me that anything UK accomplished with Alvin on board was actually stolen from Indiana.

It’s amazing how times have changed. When Delray transferred away from IU, he couldn’t go to ND bc they didn’t allow transfers and the Big 10 (like many conferences) had a rule that you couldn’t transfer to a school in conference. So, he ends up at Providence.

Yes he was. I sat with Delray, in '92, for four hours at the City of Palms touney. The next day he introduced me to Pitino. That's when I started evaluating high school ballers in Florida. Continued that for 13 years. Delray a great guy.
