The Big 10 and sexual assault by team doctors on athletes seems to be a pretty widespread issue that’s four schools now where this has happened.
It's class-action. There were a lot of fingers up a lot of asses.

I will say this: This is just further proof to me that Bobby Knight was a man of low class and low character who should have been run out of the game years before he got fired at IU. Just a piss poor excuse of a human being.

Exactly. I never understood why people make excuses for Bobby Knight. I believe Indiana overlooked a lot of things because he was winning. The bottom line is that Knight was one of the biggest ******** to walk this earth and we’re all better for it since he passed.

It wasn't so much that he was winning because their last final four under Knight was the loss to Duke in 92. He was fired eight years later. The plain truth is that they were scared turdless by him and that was why the administration refused to blindly support a basketball coach after that. He killed Indiana basketball on his way out and that's the only thing that the jerk did that I celebrate.
Getting rid of Kelvin Sampson (warranted or not) was an historical decision.
He would have been asking to donate his NIL to be the poster boy for the school!
Lawyer think tanks. They make things up that they believe they can convince a jury of. Then they go looking for people that will say it happened.
The Toyota unintended acceleration lawsuits are an example. No one has ever created a situation where a car accelerates by itself, yet lawyers were able to convince juries it happened.
And Toyota themselves recalled over 8 million vehicles. And the NHTSA completed a study that said while they found no evidence of an electronic issue, they did have some concerns about the mechanics and found some pedals did stick, floor mats or not.
Not everything is a conspiracy man.
