Glenn Dobbs played against the Texas Longhorns in the 1944 Cotton Bowl. He was the star of the Randolph Army Air Force Base team the Ramblers in San Antonio, TX, who had a 9-1 record. The game ended in a 7-7 tie. Am I the only one who missed this fact till now.
