Seems like a selfish act to me during this time....or is it more of an opportunistic way to get better health care?

Workers at Amazon, Whole Foods, Target, Walmart, and Instacart, as well as other US companies, plan to strike May 1 in demand of better protections and benefits during the Covid-19 pandemic, according to organizers who spoke to The Intercept and Vice. Organizers have also called for shoppers to boycott some of the companies, circulating a flyer on social media. While workers have staged smaller demonstrations in the past, particularly at Amazon and Whole Foods, a strike uniting workers from several of the biggest retailers in the US would mark a new escalation. ...

Yes and a gamble as well. Companies can come back with we made it with half the staff so we can cut half of you loose.

The local Target is already trying to hire more people. LOL! Yeah, I'm sure your strategy will work out. LMAO!

Not my strategy. I have nothing to do with this article, Target or any of the other corporations listed. But what the hell you make up **** more than any individual on this board.

Target hired 130,000 Seasonal Team Members. In other words part time holiday workers.
