Amazon Using Ads On Shipping Boxes

I received an Amazon package today (shipped from Lexington) and noticed GEICO was prominently displayed on the box. This is a smart idea, especially if Amazon can cut down on shipping costs and pass them on to the consumer. I wonder if they do?
