The Waterboy summed up well, in his thread below, the impact that Bob Cox (aka Far East Wildcat) had on us. At some point I'll write about the impact that Bob had on Northwestern in general-- it's a hell of a lot more than just his support for the football program.
Bob was a great friend, and he is already deeply missed. My condolences to his wife, Gail, and their two children.
Bob could be a very serious, studious person. He was also, however, a truly funny and joyful person. He showed that side when we did our little "'Cat Nips" videos.
