For the first time in NFL hisotry, all four road teams won on a playoff weekend. And the thing the road teams all had in common was having the better quarterback. Now that wasn't the difference last night in Cincinnati, or this afternoon in Minnesota, but still ....

College football is different because the talent disparity otherwise can make a bigger difference. But I believe that Clemson has a pretty good chance. They clearly have the better quarterback.

I would like to see Clemson get Lawson back at full speed. I know they had a very good replacement DE, but he was going against our freshman tackles. That won't happen against Bama. JMO

Even as a Packers fan I was glad to see Tress Way punting for Washington.

He did really well.
Trent Williams did not have a good day. But mostly one quarterback threw it great. One, not so much. Brain fart by a dumb talented receiver really burt Washington.

I think Bama ought to be favored. Now that Clemson apparently will be missing two of their top six defensive starters, or will be at less than full speed, Bama will have a great chance to beat the spread. Clemson has two terrific corners. One is now questionable.
