This kid has four years of eligibility compared to Folgueiras having two. I know you can’t count on getting all four years, but it’s still a better investment. Especially if Pope feels he is physically more prepared for the SEC.

It wasn't a direct quote from Pope but it did come from reliable sources.

If he’s hanging around after 2 then he’s a bust. Is dioubate the odds on favorite to start at the 4 until JQ is healthy? I think JQ will be our 4 with garrison starting center. We don’t have a true stretch 4. Probably adjusting to a stronger defense. Would be nice to have one more big body with a big roster. A project who is happy to get minutes taking fouls. Man that’s a powerful front court

Pope had 6 players over 20 minutes, 2 over 17 minutes and 4 at 10-14 minutes. He said he played some to much due to injury. It will be hard to get 13 players adequate minutes if he doesn’t platoon.
I think they should play more like Pitino back in the day were it full court non stop(JMO).
