Just when you think this election cycle can't get much worse/crazy...have to wonder if we'll ever snap back to reality in future elections.

I said I hope they don't. I doubt they do. But if such a thing were to come out, it would wreck Hillary's campaign. Trump's is nearing wreckage state, and where does it go from there? That's what i mean about undermining the election and country. He asked a what if question, I answered it.

You posted this nonsense here to begin with. If it turns out Hillary has secretly been Adolph Hitler wearing a mask all these years, it would probably wreck her campaign too, but that also doesn't seem very likely.

Back to my question - will we snap back to a real election in 2018 and/or 2020? Or can we just put them in a cage and the survivor can be declared the winner?

I would hope some of the RHINOs would have to relinquish their membership to preserve the party.

Two old axioms to keep in mind. Politics make strange bedfellows, and two weeks in politics is a long time(anything can change on a dime).
