#1 JUCO TE Austin Griffin announced this morning that he is decommiting. That’s two in two days plus the transfer of Jordan Travis.

And offically Jordan Travis is transferring.......not sure how big of a deal that is, as I was underwhelmed, but still could be some foresight into things to come!

I thought the firing may come at the end of the season, but after 2 decommits and a transfer........BOOM!

I would say the class isn't going to implode but I think it would be safe to assume that there will be one or two more decommits and maybe another transfer or two.

For those who want Petrino fired I would say that today's rash or transfers and decommits is simply more gasoline on an already large fire that ends with Petrino being fired.

I was already convinced Petrino was going to be replaced regardless....but if we finish 2 or 3 and 9-10 and lose kids in recruiting and to transfer then there's absolutely no way Tyra can bring him back.

Decommits are going to happen it is a yearly event. There aren't any that will contribute right away. You just hate to lose Oline.

Travis is a little tougher one because the coaches thought highly of him and he still wanted out. Which just reinforces the belief that there is something wrong inside the program.

Griffin isnt a big deal. He had only 2 catches and its been known for weeks he was decommiting. Travis isnt a big loss neither bc jaden johnson is coming in. Jamari decomitting frees up a scholly for joseph stone, 6"8 300 pound OL who just decommited from arkansas even though would prefer to have both.

I thought I read that one of the decommits had already signed with Arizona. It’s been a long day so my mind is fuzzy. Can’t remember which one but almost sure I read that on Twitter.

I wouldn’t count on anything at this point until the ink is on the paper.

Especially this year with all the turmoil and negativity around the program there could be more on the way in or out. Playing time is widely available we know that.

With our Oline continuing to be inept year after year, I'm not sure any recruit by this staff decommitting is a loss.

Yep.

Feel bad for Dez Fitzpatrick. That dude could be an All American level WR on a better team.

Dez is talented, but he has contributed to this dumpster fire with numerous drops, along with Smith and everyone else. It has been a collective clusterf$^* of a season. Still going to watch every friggin second of the last 4 games. Always have, always will! Go cards.
