Whoever is in charge of athletic compliance. Just tried to find name on UofL website and only link to Athletic Compliance came back as "page no longer exists."

I doubt seriously that following assistant coaches around is our compliance staff's responsibility, nor should it be. They're probably more in the business of being on-site experts, and educating the coaching staffs and players.

They may do audits, but audits aren't usually designed to catch exceptions--rather, systemic flaws and weaknesses. A rogue coach, esp. a new one, would be a liability for just about any compliance system...

A compliance person would never detect this type of thing. The reason this thing could get bigger is not b/c of more coaches that were on the take but simply the kids and parents on the take that never went through the coaches. That's the issue that will take down more schools but that's an ncaa issue not law enforcement

Well that will never happen. The FBI gave the NCAA their sacrificial schools. The NCAA will hammer the 6 or 7 schools and turn a blind eye to the problem. Their totally complicit.
