These football players should be MAD as He?? at themselves at the way they are performing in the first 2 games. Sure we get on the Coaches, which they deserve, & we do. Where is the Pride with a lot of the players. Get mad & play well Saturday. Go Cats

After all of the hype, these players have been put into a system that is NOT producing the results PROMISED.

When you, as a player, are not TOTALLY bought in to the ability of your coaching staff to make you improve as an individual and a team, those same players will give up.

Hopefully Coach Stoops and his staff will fix it NOW!! I won't be holding my breath!

Yeah, that is the part that I don't understand, why let yourself look like crap no matter what the root cause is.

They were good enough to score 35 points in less than a half against Southern Miss with this coaching, but can't score a point the second half?

Jones seems to be doing OK in this system, can't anyone follow his example?

To me it still all comes back to coaching and the mindset they instill in the players. Ask yourself this, what do you think Rich Brooks would be doing with this roster in year 4? There's your answer. We don't have elite talent but we have the talent to win comfortably against teams like Southern Miss and not get absolutely embarrassed by an unranked Florida team. And if there are questions about depth, etc, guess what? That comes back to the guy making millions because at the end of the day, he's the one who's recruiting 15 DB's per class and not developing the defensive linemen he has.

Well----

He lost to LSU by 48-0, more points for them and less for us than the Florida debacle, I wonder how many of those fans wanting him fired then are the same ones wanting Stoops fired now? Of course a lot of those are late comers that jumped on the bandwagon when Stoops pulled off a minor miracle with recruiting. Sad thing is their chances of getting the coach fired NOW are about the same as they were then, but they can hurt the program a little more.

Of course he did rebound and BROKE EVEN in the SEC for the ONLY time this century, the only real fault I have with him is he didn't spread the word about what lousy support mitch gave him (and Joker) while they were here. Pretty sad times for all UK football fans right now, but I refuse to believe there won't be some kind of a rebound THIS year, just the way I am.

I am hoping the players and coaches feel the same way, sure hope none of our fans give them a link to this site, LOL.
