Sad.

Brown is acting bizarre, I really think it came from that hit.
May have been a fool already, but..

"He started to be someone who was afraid everyone was out to get him, he never smiled after that all that much - he became somebody different. He used to be innocently narcissistic, much like a lot of receivers in the NFL, but he didn’t have this dark side to him. And for me, every single incident, it all happened after the Burfict hit.

If you can’t see the trajectory that took a sharp spike right after the Burfict hit - and he has never recovered since then. That’s just all fact, the timeline: the everybody’s out to get me, the dark, never smiling. The guy used to smile all the time. ... When’s the last time you’ve seen AB happy? ... I think that the launching point for me is that AFC Wild Card game. I think it’s that, and I think his head is messed up from football." - Pittsburgh radio host Colin Dunlap

Not a loon, Burfict hurt him.
I don't like Brown, but Burfict really hurt him.

That is why he acts how he does.
It's possible. People are able to adapt to stuff like this. Maybe he just needed more time to work on that instead of playing football. Whatever the case is, he's not playing with a full deck. Is it all the "hit"?

Possibly. But there are other stories about him out there. Just being a douche. They are saying he had cops escort him to a plane. He's an egomaniac who just wanted to be all about him. Again.

This is what mental illness looks like, compounded by TBI. This is a man who is not long for this earth without professional assistance.

It’s okay to call him a moron and not make every convenient excuse in the world for him.
OR Actually hope he seeks treatment in case he’s not…
I’ve taught 7th graders for 45 years…. I know ā€œ moronā€ when I see itšŸ˜‚

Don’t know anything about the ā€œhitā€ but he definitely has a disorder of some kind. His are not the actions of a sound mind.

Two things here: 1. You need some serious help or 2. You lost it many years ago and there is no help for you now.

I subbed in a middle school this year and I was ready to commit myself.

One of his WR friends told Tomlin to not give Brown a big contract. He had told Tomlin, "you'll create a monster if you do". Brown has had issues his whole career but they didn't rise to the surface until he had all the money he needed or wanted.

It's okay to accept that he is seriously mentally ill.
Maybe he could put all that money to good use and get some help rather than it being an excuse to do whatever he wants.

His behavior should not be acceptable nor should the excuses.

He is one of the best receiver talents to ever play the game. I would have kept him, won the Super Bowl, and then you can do whatever you want with him afterwards. I don't think what he did was serious enough to warrant immediate firing when you knew he was prone to do something like that in the first place.

I'd say he was always problematic so then you add brain injury, fame, money and drama on top of that and you get what we see now..
The NFL encourages this diva unsportsmanlike, narcissist behavior. Throw in head injuries and you got what we have here.
